I want to share my exceptional dining experience with waiter Maji and assistant waiter Kadek. From start to finish, the level of service they provided was outstanding. When my husband and I were not satisfied with a dish, they were understanding, promptly apologized, and suggested an alternative. Their teamwork was seamless, and they never missed a beat. Maji and Kadek checked in on us periodically to ensure we had everything we needed, and I mean everything. We were so impressed with their service that we requested to dine exclusively with them for all six nights of our cruise. I've dined at many restaurants, but the level of service they provided was truly exceptional. I also noticed other guests at the same table each night at 8:30 pm, and when I spoke with them, they confirmed they had experienced the same excellent service from Maji and Kadek. We only wish we had more nights on the ship to enjoy their company. We'll certainly miss them, as they were polite, friendly, funny, and made our dining experience feel personal and special. We even took a photo with them to remember the wonderful time we had. Thank you for hiring such exceptional individuals who truly enhance the cruising experience.

Beautiful, fun, & relaxing!

I fell in love with cruising and already looking to plan my second!

The cruise was great but we had purchased cabana and water park for $1500 and there was rain that day they closed the water park ride and we did not spend any time there, any chance you can hep us for Royal to give us credit for our future travel of 4/25
