I will not ever sail Icon of the Seas again! It is not worth the money. That’s too much money wasted to deal with so much nonsense!

I gave 2 stars because the dining room food was not good at all. We ate at specialty restaurants and the buffet which were great

Even with reservations, we were unable to view our shows due to over crowding. We were told we should have came 25-30 minutes early even with a reservation. So we came early the next times and the shows were still booked

Leah my room steward spoke badly about me on the first day because I requested to separate our beds. She was also speaking badly about me when guest services called her to pick up my missing suitcase. I had a conversation with her to let her know what I heard and she stated she was tired and she had a long day. Well I was tired and had a long day as well and I did not feel comfortable with her attitude . I was in charge of two rooms and she was also overheard complaining about that to another female room steward

It’s not worth the money. I would like a refund because we were unable to enjoy ourselves due to the ship catching fire, the gangway shut down and we were unable to get off the ship and explore the island due to a power outage as well. The buffet had an issue one day and filled with massive amounts of smoke. The alarm went off in the buffet and the emergency gate came down. We were coughing nonstop due to the fumes. We had to rush back to America for an emergency and everyone had to evacuate to the back of the ship during this process. Royal charged my two cabins gratuities and I informed them to remove them so we could tip in cash. They never removed them and we tipped cash. The woman at guest services was not great and did not seem happy. Many staff appeared unhappy and their negative energy affected my vacation!

It was great! We couldn’t wait to leave! We docked around 3am and most of my party was off the ship around 6am.

I can vouch for the poor MDR food quality as we sailed her in May. We also lost power on a sea day and everything shut down for about 45 minutes, including AC, water dispensers, elevators and lights. This ship has had multiple power issues since it began operating. Hopefully they fix these issues soon. Sorry you had such a bad experience. This cruise cost 3 times more than other cruises so I understand your frustration.

I don't believe this review at all. Everything was sold at Coco Cay?! It's a private beach! You don't even do excursions there!
