This cruise went above my expectations. The service was impeccable. It never felt crowded. Plenty of spaces to hang out. The service from all of the crew was amazing, everyone strives to please the passengers. We truly felt pampered.

Our waiters Gusti and Anjuar were exceptional. Our room steward Jason was also exceptional. They made out vacation so much more special.
Ship Quality

The ship was impeccably clean. I was just a little taken aback by the Playmakers spot on the ship. You have to walk through it to get to the teen club. Which was annoying at times.
Cabin / Stateroom

Size was good, the cabin was super clean. I would have liked less shower space to allow for a bigger sink counter. For us the bench in the shower was useless.
Ship tip
Skip a port to explore the many nice areas Icon of the Seas has to offer. It's so big we did not have time to explore all areas.
Coco Cay is awesome! My husband participated in the Jet Ski tour, and he said it has been the best tour he has done. The tour guides were patient and made sure everyone was having a good time always following the rules.
Disembarkation was seamless. We carried our own lugguage, just because we had an early flight and wanted to make sure we got to the airport on time. We left the ship at 7:30am and by 7:50am we were on the taxi. Super quick.
