It is what I expected according to the advertising of Royal Caribean, but it exceeded all my expectations. I believe that nobody surpasses them in terms of attention and respect for the passenger.

Nothing on this ship was disappointing. It was worth the time and the money. I will definitely do this again.

While this ship was beautiful there were communication issues all over the place. We'd get different information from Guest Services vs. the Photo Center, etc. We sailed over Thanksgiving and that was a mistake. This was a sold out ship and it was obvious. The crew was burned out and struggled to keep up with 6500+ passengers. Room service brought the wrong order almost every morning and the times rarely matched with what we asked for. Plates piled up on tables at the buffet, trying to get a seat at the Windjammer was a struggle, trying to find a chair at the pool on sea days was impossible, we gave up on taking elevators because you could hardly ever fit in there with everyone else. The lines to do anything (flowrider, zip line, etc.) were always long and that's IF they were even open. Activities closed at the most random times. We tried to do the Abyss slide 5 times and 4/5 times it was closed. We even had the head waiter in the dining hall complain about another passenger to us! That's never happened on all our cruises! Plus this ship started requiring reservations for "My Time" dining and all shows and events. That information wasn't communicated to us by in advance so when we got on the ship we were unpleasantly surprised that we could hardly participate in anything we wanted to do and had to eat dinner in the dining hall at 8:30 pm (which was not good for us traveling with a 6 month old baby). This was the first RCCL cruise we've ever been disappointed in. I'm hoping it's simply because it was a sold out cruise on a huge ship, but the lack of communication about the required reservations was a huge issue that could've been solved in advance. We still had a nice time, but won't sail on the Oasis class ships again for at least a few years until RCCL can sort out its shortcomings.

We had a wonderful family vacation and Royal Carribian was the reason for the awesomeness.

There was more things to do than hours in the day. The ship is huge and never felt crowded except when it should have. (1 hour sales and parades) Everyone was super nice and I'll be on a boat again next year as it was so fun

Overall it just seemed that they were doing a lot of cost cutting on their part. Maybe to keep prices low so more people can cruise or just trying to make a bigger profit. Every time you turned around something cost extra that we feel should have been included.

Very disappointed. Cruise director and assistant not great at all very dry and Kirby. The Oasis staff overall was MUCHHHHH better. Main dining room staff not great, we felt rushed the entire time. Staff seemed overwhelmed. Shows need improvement. The best thing about the cruise was Bibi is guest services she was very helpful, Fetco our cabin guy EXCELLENT service!!!!! I mean totally excellent and Yetri in the spa EXCELLENT service, if it wasn’t for them I probably would have stayed in my cabin the entire time. This is he first time I have cruised and not really enjoyed it. did not live up to promises I will be sending and writing the better business bureau on them, lots of issues from day one one board credits wasn’t there, insurance didn’t show on the RC side thank God nothing happened, just bad service. I think that was a sign that we should have spent all that money on something else!

This the best Vacation for us and we will always recommend RCC.

Everything was great except food. Quality and variety was very very bad. Lots of activities on ship. Shows were great. Very clean. Service in dining area was so so. One day we waited like 40 min for drinks

Loved the ship. It was big but never felt crowded, never really waited on line. Great shows!

It was good. Although it was booked to capacity we never really felt like it was overcrowded. The kids loved the carousel! It was nice o walk through "central Park" which was on our deck. No bad comments on the Ports, we just chose not to visit them at this time.

The ship staff was awesome for the most part , our waiters Miguel and Armin table 705 in deck 5 main dinning were just GREAT!!! and sam our room attendant room 8280 was great as well. most of the shows were great , we loved the comedy show and Grease, .also Finns. the ship is beautiful , very clean.

After being on the Allure of the Seas and now the Harmony of the Seas my husband and I both agree we prefer the smaller ships. We only walked around the ports in all three stops only because we have been to them all several times before so I can't comment on those. HOS is a beautiful Mega ship with plenty to do to keep you busy.

The best cruise ship ever. Try wonderland its an amazing experience.

We had a wonderful time. The main room dining was great. The specialty restuarant w er re great also izumi, and chops grill. The staff was wonderful. Boleros had wonderful Latin music the drinks are great also. Karaoke nights are great and fun. We'll definitely do Harmony or and Royal Caribbean cruises again.

Table 650 on 10/20/18 ( first fine dine in) rude & mean service by the waiter Jeremiah, and the assistant waiter RONALD hardly to show up or serve.

I WANTED SOME OF MY PHOTOS BUT DIDNT GET THEM AND I NEED TO KNOW HOW I CAN GET THEM! OVERALL, THE CRUISE WAS GREAT!
