The people checking the test results for covid were confused because they are not standard and they had no idea where to look which held up the lines and caused confusion. The process of getting the dining room table was comical we were given one table then another table and finally ended up at a table for 8 for 4 people we were very upset and our headwaiter did not seem to care. We do not like the idea of our sea pass cards being left outside the room and anyone could take them, use our drink package or get into our room. It wasn't a full cruise and we did not get our luggage till after 6 imagine what it would be when it is full. The good thing is fellow cruisers adhered to the elevator rules and did not cram in but people get in before others are let out. Out of 4 cruises on the Harmony this is the 1st time we have had warm to hot food. The food was tasty and well seasoned.

It was great being back on a cruise ship again. We met a lot of nice people and had a chance to relax and enjoy the sun. The staff were very attentive and happy to have us on board. Really enjoyed walking through the Central Park section of the ship. It was nice having green plants and flowers there on the ship. We would definitely sail on this ship again.

We visited the ports listed in the past and they were excellent, BUT THIS cruise was a Mediterranean cruise, it just was not listed in the drop down menu as an option. The Mediterranean cruise was excellent! We travelled from Barcelona to Civitavechia (Rome), Naples, LeSpanza (Florence) and back to Barcelona, Spain! The ports were excellent and beautiful! A lot of history and beautiful architecture!

Overall the cruise was great! It was 2 years since our last one so the family was excited to be on the ocean again. Lots of detailed planning for show reservations to accommodate unvaccinated younger kids, but we were still able to attend the ones we wanted. Harmony is humongous!! We loved the neighborhoods and areas to discover on the ship. There are enough activities for everyone in the family to enjoy. Not enough time to do it all, we have a 'to do' list for our next time on the ship.

It was beautiful . We really loved Naples. It was all breathtaking love all of it a dream come true.

One will have noticed that we stayed onboard for the entire Cruise, and ask themselves why Cruise? After 20+ months of not cruising, this was our change to get back on the high seas. Yes, we have previously visited all of the Port destinations, but that did not matter. Being able to be back onboard Royal Caribbean and having the feeling of being home was comfort enough.

Our first Mediterranean cruise. And not our last. Lots of space, with only 12-1500 people onboard.

We went with a group of ten long time friends as had a BLAST .We did Coco cay,Routan,and Cozumel we saw a show or two lounged on deck and camped out at the Boots and Bonnets Pub,If I find a good price on the Delux drink package we’ll be sailing again

Excellent! All the crew members were awesome! Lots of activities for all ages.

I would recommend you take this cruise at least once in your life! The Captain kept us informed each day as to what was happening. Captain Johnny was a pretty cool guy yet I am partial to Harley riders.

We love it it was clean didn’t not smell smoke and was one of the cleanest shops we have been on

The cruise was excellent. As usual, RCCL and Harmony of the Seas staff did an outstanding job in all aspects. I recommend to anyone whether they are first time or repeat cruisers.

It is a huge ship, and very nicely designed. If you are an early riser, then you may have some issues when it comes to food and drinks.

The ship was beautiful. The crew was excellent. I would highly recommend this cruise.

Overall the trip was great. The ship is very large and takes time to acclimate. Dining is not as easy as other cruises we’ve been on. Many places close early and limited late night options, unless you like pizza.

The cruise itself and ports of call were all decent. I didn't know what to expect on such a large ship and will probably not do it again but glad I had the experience. I was very disappointed in RC and a great number of their staff. I am guessing by their responses that they just don't care. I don't think it is necessarily that the staff was bad, I feel that RC is just negligent in not doing the proper training before turning their people out onto the ship.
