The cruise itself and ports of call were all decent. I didn't know what to expect on such a large ship and will probably not do it again but glad I had the experience. I was very disappointed in RC and a great number of their staff. I am guessing by their responses that they just don't care. I don't think it is necessarily that the staff was bad, I feel that RC is just negligent in not doing the proper training before turning their people out onto the ship.

Food and Dining

The food was ok, and the staff really tried hard to make it personal in the main dining area, however it was far to crowded and our group of 9 was stuffed into two unmatching (round and square tables in a corner which made it very hard to access seating. The buffet was decent food and a lot of choices, however it was always like a cattle stampede to try and find a table or to get in line for food. Very chaotic.

As usual, again, you would have to get up very early in the morning to "reserve" what is suppose to be an "unreservable" chair anywhere near an onboard body of water (pool). Ridiculous! Try to get a non-alcoholic drink delivered and they look at you like your crazy. The ship itself is very nice. There were many onboard activities scheduled per day and the RC app made it very easy to find what you may want to do.

Service and Staff

My first encounter with the staff was to find my muster station. I asked 4 different staff, (who supposedly were there to guide people) where it was and NONE of them knew where it was. I repeat...NONE. And they did not bother to point me to someone who would know. I thought this was unacceptable and RC should be cited for this. Some of the others in my group experienced the same. The waiters on the ship were excellent and worked their butts off. My room steward only came to my room 4 times out of the seven nights, therefore I did not receive the ship compass on those days or get the service that was expected. Very disappointing. It seemed that the staff were not trained and didn't care to find someone that would be able to help.

The ship was very well maintained and clean. The cleaning staff were always out cleaning and actually were some of the more helpful people on the ship.
Cabin / Stateroom

Very clean when I arrived. Smaller than I thought it would be but enough room for myself as a solo traveler.
Do the pre-check in facial recognition before you get to the terminal. Expedites embarkation.
I thought this port was fun. I did some scuba diving with the Scuba Dogs proprietor and was very well taken care of. Then walked around old town and walked to both Castillo San Cristobal and Castillo San Felipe del Morro. Beautiful.
