Review summary
The people checking the test results for covid were confused because they are not standard and they had no idea where to look which held up the lines and caused confusion. The process of getting the dining room table was comical we were given one table then another table and finally ended up at a table for 8 for 4 people we were very upset and our headwaiter did not seem to care. We do not like the idea of our sea pass cards being left outside the room and anyone could take them, use our drink package or get into our room. It wasn't a full cruise and we did not get our luggage till after 6 imagine what it would be when it is full. The good thing is fellow cruisers adhered to the elevator rules and did not cram in but people get in before others are let out. Out of 4 cruises on the Harmony this is the 1st time we have had warm to hot food. The food was tasty and well seasoned.Embarkation
