It is a huge ship, and very nicely designed. If you are an early riser, then you may have some issues when it comes to food and drinks.
Embarkation

Very quick process, security team was rude.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
Most of the meals in the main dinning room repeated themselves. It was impossible to find water or coffee after about 9 p.m. until about 7 a.m. If you want an omelet , forget it. You had to go to alternate locations around the ship to get it and then go back to the main dinning area to eat with with your family and friends, who usually were done eating by the time you got back.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
There is always something to do. Planned very well.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
The live shows were great. the AQAU show as wonderful. Comedy club was a little small, and had pillars on each side of the stage making it impossible to see the comic from a third of the seats.
Service and Staff
3 out of 5
Most of the service staff was great. I ran into 4 staff members that were rude, which is unheard of for a cruise. Our head waiter was just okay compared to waiters of the past. We lost our asst waiter about 1/2 way through the cruise and he was replaced by someone who had no idea what they were doing. It hurt the service given by the head waiter even more. Room attendants was very good, he was helpful, courteous and very responsive to requests.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
Common areas were kept very clean. Bathrooms anywhere on the ship were very clean. Our room did have a big read stain on the carpet. The ship layout is nice. There were a few floors that if you got on the wrong bank of elevators, you had to go up or down a floor to get to your cabin because there wasn't an area to cross over to the other side of the ship.
Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
New cabin layout is nice.It is a little smaller than older ships, but the new design and layout makes it feel bigger and little more open. They have added additional plugs and USB ports compared to older ships, which makes it more convenient for a family with devices to charge.
Ship tip
book your on-board travel early. Just about everything needs a reservation.
Did self excursions. Take a water taxi to downtown instead of land taxi. Will save you time and money. Be careful of time if you go to the other side of the island. There are two bridges that open up 7 times a day for up to 30 minutes, and it is possible to not make it back to your ship on time.
I was an early riser on this ship as well. We would simply grab a coffee at cafe Promenade and a simple snack...and watch the sunrise...then head up to breakfast. My only wish was breakfast opens at 6am instead of 7am... but not a huge deal....
The Cafe promenade has coffee and water 24/7.
The ship is huge so they spread things out. If an omelet was so important your family could have gone to mini bites with you.
