Loved the beautiful ship! Oasis class very nice! The shore excursions were well done. I loved deck 5 and 8!

I have cruised on Harmony of the Seas in 2019 on a different itinerary. The ship itself is very nice and clean. There are a lot improvements needed as far as services, but it was nice. Sometimes, it seems like the activities and entertainment are a bit dated.

A wonderful first cruise with family members. Our group of six included experienced cruise travelers and newbies. Nothing prepared us for the massive size of the ship, nor its vast neighborhoods. Within a day we were comfortably moving around the ship with a clear idea of its local neighborhoods and the various levels of deck that they were at. By Day 6 we were already feeling the sadness that comes at the prospect of the cruise ending.

This was the biggest shop I have been on. There is so much to do!

Cruise was excellent. Water was calm and sailing was very pleasant. Pool was cool and refreshing. Food and drink was excellent. Shows were very good. However, the ship was at capacity and there was a bit of a wait when attending shows.

This cruise was a Wonderful way to spend our Thanksgiving! We truly enjoyed the time in the sun and sitting by the pool. This was a great way to disconnect and recharge heading into the end of the year.

Because we were with family and friends, this was a great trip! We love Royal but we were disappointed in their lack of recognition for diamond. Overbooking the ship was definitely evident in the Windjammer and trying for elevators. Also on pool decks. I have cruised 65 times and have plenty of experience to recognize declining service, sure hope this isn’t the trend. Loyalty is because it’s deserved.

Overall very good w/ some room for improvement, but would def go again.

We would definitely cruise on this ship again. Plenty of things to do, the entertainment is exceptional and the staff incredible (if not always knowing themselves where everything is located on such a large ship).

For our first cruise it was perfect. Room location was important since we wanted to ‘feel like we were on land’ and we did.

Enjoyed our cruise, found it very relaxing. Two major issues, no adult pool and casino was smoking everywhere. The ship is beautiful.

The cruise was great except for the cruise line damaging my luggage.

Went on this cruise with family and friends, and had the most amazing time. Ship was very clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was absolutely amazing would definitely recommend.

Great cruise..only issue from our group was BJ messes up one couples extras, because the added travel insurance after they booked the cruise. They spent a lot of time on the phone getting their free Chops dinner and never got the on cruise money. Very disappointed in for not fixing this. Other then that we had a wonderful cruise, enjoyed time with our friends and RC Harmony of the Sea was a wonderful fun vacation.

I love Royal Carribean cruise lines!!’ Could change up the menu a little. Overall it was great as usual! Excellent staff, ship was clean and safe!
