I have cruised on Harmony of the Seas in 2019 on a different itinerary. The ship itself is very nice and clean. There are a lot improvements needed as far as services, but it was nice. Sometimes, it seems like the activities and entertainment are a bit dated.
Embarkation
5 out of 5
Unreal! It was so easy to board the ship with no delays
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
The main dining was very good. We also dined at Sabors for the first time since 2019, and the recipe for the food changed (not for the better) and favorite items missing. Izumi Hibachi was delicious
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
There are a lot more activities to keep you busy IF you are an active person. I would like more activities for the less active
Entertainment
3 out of 5
The shows were good. The live music from the band L'Element was phenomenal
Service and Staff
4 out of 5
All staff was nice. However, the room attendant did not leave our crown and anchor letter in our room, so we didn't know about our member benefits until halfway through the cruise. When I asked her about it on day 1, she stated the benefits were cut out due to the pandemic. I found out that wasn't true. It took her almost 3 days to get our dry cleaning. She lied to her supervisor that we had "do not disturb" on when she had gone into our room that day for cleaning

Cabin / Stateroom
4 out of 5
The room was very spacious and clean. However, the bed was so hard and uncomfortable
Ship tip
Download the app to check in, add your credit card for room charges, add your photo and passport info. Doing this will allow you to walk right through after stopping for a couple of minutes to confirm your ID
The port is nice, but the ship is not there long enough to really take in Jamaica. You really have just enough time to go on one tour and go to the duty-free stores
Leaving was very easy. I downloaded the customs app, completed my info online, and was off the ship and in the parking lot in no time. We left our cabine at 7:40a and was in the parking lot 14 min later
