Review summary

This size shop was a new experience for me, but I loved it so much. We were always finding new spots and things to do on the ship. We went to amazing ports including curaçao which is my favorite and also got to experience labadee for the first time. A great experience!

Embarkation

5 out of 5
By far the most painless quick embarkation experience. Was on the ship within 10 minutes max.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
The specialty restaurants on the ship are cool. We went to 150 Central Park, wonderland, sabor and loved them all. The food in the dining room is was great most of the time and the windjammer and solarium was great too. Starbucks, sorrentos and mini bites (Mexican food by the pool)were places I didn’t expect but loved.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
There is so much to do on this ship, because of that I think the activities in the planner were a little less than usual. But you will never be bored and will always have something to do. The zip line, watersides ultimate abyss are great. There are 4 pools, but they get packed. People are out at 6am to get seats so make sure you go early if you want a seat on the same floor as the pool.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The shows on this ship were outstanding. My personal favorites were iskate, the fine line and Columbus the musical. All of the shows are some of the best I ever saw.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The service on this ship is the best we have ever had. Every staff member seemed happy and friendly. In particular Yoga, Luh and Xinyue in the dining room, Anastasia in wonderland, pande a room steward and Bonita on the activities staff were amazing people that made this cruise special.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ships design is great. I loved the neighborhood concept and the ship never felt too crowded like some other big ships I’ve been on. The ship was clean. The activities are spread out and there are many bars and lounges so there is never a busy one. There are so many elevators on the ship, sometimes there is even someone with a piano playing in an elevator.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The cabin was very spacious. The shower was big as well which I appreciated not having to duck in the shower😂. The cabin was always cleaned and well maintained. As for the balcony, it was nice it had a great view of the boardwalk and you can even see a obstructed aft view as well as the water shows at night, but not good enough that I would recommend only watching it from your balcony. The room is close to Central Park and isn’t noisy at all. I would have preferred an ocean view balcony, but it was a new experience that I’m glad I tried.

Ship tip

Show up to every event an half hour early, you won’t get a seat if you don’t.

Ports of call

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida

5 out of 5
Smooth embarkation and debarkation process

Labadee (Cruise Line Private Island)

5 out of 5
Such a beautiful place. There is so much to do. Definitely try the dragons breath zip line. The roller coaster is also a great option. The beaches are beautiful and they get busy. If you go shopping just be careful because the people at the markets are very pushy and expect to haggle with them.

Willemstad, Curacao

This is my favorite Caribbean port. We took a snorkel and beach break tour and honestly It wasn’t as good as I thought. They took a long time to get us to the resort because they did not have enough busses so it was as way to short. We got into the water for a bit and then had to go back. The port itself is great. We walked all through town and enjoyed that so much. So many beautiful streets buildings and stores.

Oranjestad, Aruba

4 out of 5
We just walked around the town, lots of sites and beautiful buildings. The people selling tours can be a bit much but once you leave the port area and go into town it’s great. Lots of variety in stuff you can buy and there is a small beach walking distance from the port.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
Very quick and easy.
