Review summary

We have gone several times the particular week we went & it was never this crowded. Many of the staff seemed new and not at all sure of themselves. Additional training definitely needed. Kids needs to have a pool of their own and not be allowed in hot tub.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Main dining room was horrible. Too crowded. lobster was served raw. Speciality dining was excellent

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Pools were too crowded, very loud. We enjoyed the casino, but slots were very tight. Wasn’t able to enjoy the pool or hot tub as we wanted as the employees were to busy trying to take out things off the chairs as we weren’t sitting in them.

Entertainment

Singer by pool was way to loud. We had already seen the shows several times on past cruises. Nothing new.

Children's Programs

No kids

Siri kept it clean & picked up. Enjoyed overlooking over the Promenade & the little extra room it provided.
