Review summary

This cruise was a great experience! I’ve been on countless cruises and this was my husband’s first. I just want to applaud the staff. They work so incredibly hard and are so gracious for leaving their families to serve ours. Special shout out to Igusti & Romnick for being the best room steward/ assistant waiter. My husband now wants to go on other cruises because of this excellent experience! Go Harmony of the Seas!!

Delicious & Professional! Romnick and Rayen were incredible! Please promote them! Romnick would like to be a bartender & I think he should be! He’s super personable and made my cruise experience so much more memorable. Love your crew!!

I LOVE IGUSTI!! He is the absolute best! Most personable and hard-working room steward I have ever seen. Please promote him and give him a raise. He worked so hard and came into our room to clean it multiple times a day (probably more than he was required), meaning that he went above and beyond which was so appreciated. Love that guy!
