Review summary

Had to change routes due to hurricane Karen. Costa Maya was fun place for shopping. Same For Cozumel. Did miss excursions but was refunded. Not enough time to schedule new excursions so just shopped. Very hot temperatures and people were getting pushy but we handled it and still enjoyed our day. Cozumel waters are amazingly clear!

Harmony’s dining experience was excellent. Food perfect. Pranav, Dan and Romeo were the best yet and made our week so enjoyable. Windjammer was not nearly as good or as big as Oasis. A definite letdown.

Shows and music good but also better on Oasis. Aqua theatre was outstanding!

Service and staff perfect! Wilson our cabin attendant was a ten! Pranav, Dan and Romeo were outstanding! A perfect ten with no room for improvement! Our entire group of 10 would agree! Loved them! ❤️

Ship Quality

Public restrooms lacking. Oasis has staff with hand sanitizer everywhere. Did not see this on Oasis!

Cabin / Stateroom

Cabins roomier and comfortable layout. Loved the 2 closets. Very clean. Beds did not have the memory foam mattresses like Oasis did. Lacked in comfort.

Ship tip

Take the stairs if possible. Elevators are a negative experience. Order free continental breakfast, get extra milk, juice etc. to keep in your refrigerator for later. Check out sales in Promenade!

Disembarkation

Carried off our own luggage for the first time to get an early start. Recommend letting ship transport luggage for you. Such a long walk with awkward, heavy cases. Just not worth it!

Had a great cruise as usual. Found out the Wonderland Restaurant had a bar you can sit at without eating dinner. The best bartender. A must try is his Cucumber Martini

The trip was wonderful, disappointed that weather moved us from the Eastern Carribean to the Western Carribean, but still the ship was awesome.
