Review summary

Best ship for entertainment!!! Hands down, not one bad show and we saw them ALL!! Food was okay, I recommend upgrading your dining options but wait til day one to purchase for best deals. There was a LOT of "nickle and diming" on this ship which wasn't appreciated especially given how much we paid to begin with. The Key upgrade was definitely worth it though. Our day at CocoCay was far from perfect but a lot of others enjoyed it. We refused to pay $100pp admission but we have access to some awesome water parks at home for far less. Overall, I'd give it a solid B.

Wonderful....We had the Key!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Specialty Restaurants were fantastic, especially 150. The dining room experience was hit or miss, only ate there 3 times, on purpose. Park West and Solarium were our lunch and breakfast places.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
We did pretty much everything. The kids LOVED Florider, we did ice skating, Rock climbing, zipline, and slides. Spent a lot of time at pools and spa.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Hands down, the best thing about the ship!! We saw every show, sometimes twice, excepting the comedy show (adult), only once and was just ok. But everything else was fantastic especially the impromptu show with Kueran at Boot and Bonnet with Mo5aic!!!! AMAZING!!!

Children's Programs

2 out of 5
Teen club needed more supervision and I was not comfortable with the joining of 12 year olds with 17 year olds. My youngest 12 I left in Oasis for this reason but she wasn't real impressed with the activities especially since there weren't that many kids her age since most opted into the Teen program.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Service was GREAT! Our Room Attendant was Fantastic and although the dining room food was just ok, the service was fantastic especially with Dinesh and Kunal!!

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Very well kept, though the ships bathroom common areas were sometimes messy. Easier to maneuver the ship and figured out the layout pretty fast.

Cabin / Stateroom

3 out of 5
Size was ok and but we needed some fresh air, so a balcony will be mandatory next time. The picture was nice but not enough.

Ship tip

Don't purchase packages til your on the ship first day to save even more money. Also, the Key is worth it. Last, plan to shop in ports especially Bahamas and Cozumel.

Ports of call

Port Canaveral, Florida

4 out of 5
Very easy ship access, on and off especially on the way out. No excursions.

Perfect Day At Coco Cay, Bahamas

3 out of 5
It was ok. I was NOT happy about a $95 cost on a water park built by RCI...chose to save our money. The Oasis was nice but the food again left much to be desired and fighting the flies and seagulls was annoying...did not stay on the island more than 2 hours.

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas Did not visit port

Our itinerary was changed due to Hurricane.

Philipsburg, St. Maarten Did not visit port

Our itinerary was changed due to Hurricane.
