Suggest: Add a Let It Ride table in casino, there were too many blackjack tables & people not playing on them. Poker table needs to start earlier too.

Pools were very crowded and people saving chairs early. was hard to get chairs, due to staff not enforcing the rule of saving chairs. Also stood in line for 45 minutes for bingo and then was turned away when I got near the entrance. Need more games if it is going to be that busy.

We had a problem with Lakeisha (spelling?) who was seating people in main dining room, she was very rude and not very nice. Also a server Doreen for breakfast and serving drinks at bar in casino was not very nice. everyone else we encountered was very nice. Those 2 employees need a different job.

We did the land and sea tour. It was okay, not that great. Driver didn't show up to take us to the boat, a lot of confusion where to even find out excursion location. Not very organized.

I'm still on Harmony (due off tomorrow) but I agree there need to be changes in the casino. The reason people aren't playing on the blackjack tables is because the minimum stakes are too high. Most cruisers enjoy a little flutter, and a laugh on the tables, and at $10 minimum it's too easy to blow a couple of hundred dollars in 10 minutes - that's not having fun! Are you listening RCCL?
