We had never sailed Royal Caribbean before and loved every minute of it. We will definitely sail this cruise line again in the future.

The main dining room my time dining was a little chaotic but for the most part they got us in and out in time to make it to our scheduled shows.

They need to be more clear in the description about what activities are free and what activities cost money. We didn't find out until the last day of the cruise that the Flow Rider was a free event.

I don't like that you have to schedule everything in advance of the cruise in order to guarantee a spot and then lose your spot if you are a few minutes late because of dinner.

Amazing layout and design; gorgeous ship. Every part of the ship was clean and well-maintained.

Bed was hard as a rock, we prefer a soft bed. Virtual Balcony remote didn't work. Otherwise everything else was great.

Be sure to book all of your shows before you sail and give yourself plenty of time (2 hours) for dinner before the show starts.
