Ship experiences

Food and Dining

2 out of 5
Terrible

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Pool's packed, tried the solarium, NO POOL

Entertainment

1 out of 5
Went to the aqua show, cancelled. . . Twice

Service and Staff

1 out of 5
Bar staff too busy to make conversation, it takes longer to put your order on your sea pass card than it does to serve your drinks

Ship Quality

2 out of 5
Tables dirty, staff too busy to clean as well as serve, constant requests to leave the windjammer ASAP because of running at full capacity. Solarium has no pool and nowhere to sunbathe ,terrible design. All the sunbeds are roped solid to the hand rails with no way to sit on them unless you stand on them for access which leaves you dangerously close to the edge

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5

Ship tip

Put your towels down about 7.30

Ports of call

Nassau, Bahamas

Great excursions

Philipsburg, St. Maarten

4 out of 5
Fabulous. Be careful booking the Maho beach airplane trip, no room on the beach and the coaches still kept coming.

San Juan, Puerto Rico

3 out of 5
A nice port for a walk. Loads of lovely shops

Labadee (Cruise Line Private Island)

2 out of 5
Been to this island lots of times, it's been changed to how much are you prepared to spend, best beaches saved for suite guests or over water cabins $500 dollars per person

Disembarkation

2 out of 5
Loads of queing

I just got off the ship yesterday. My last cruise with RC. Very disappointed.

Did you do ANY research before booking? Customs allowances are your own responsibility, buy more than your allowance at your own risk. Solarium is well documented, and safety of performers can always result in cancellation or curtailment of shows. On any cruise it's what YOU make it.
