Review summary

The is one HUGE ship!!! You loose the personal touch with a ship this huge!!! The elevators were always crowded. It was hard to find a lounge chair around the pool. The adult pool is right next to the family pool, which was used a lot for pool games, so u couldn't use it. The Solarium which is the adult area is way at the end of the ship with just one small jacuzzi. The smoking area have HARD wooden chairs with no coffee station. So many rude foreigners. Entitlement not found on the smaller ships. A lot of kids running all over. Long lines at the Buffets/no available tables

This is a quaint island!!! Very safe and GREAT SHOPPING!!! Jewelry is the best price here!!! A lot of jewelry shops and an interesting local straw market. Took the train trip around the island....VERY BORING!!!!

The straw market is horrible!!! PUSHY, PUSHY, PUSHY!!! They yell at you constantly to get u to come into their huts!!! Shove Haiti bracelets on you then demand money!!! Push merchandise in your face, try to put it in a bag and get money from you!!! Fast talkers!!! They have some nice wooden pieces, but it's hard to shop being so pressured!!!! I finally had to walk away because I was overwelmed by constantly being called into their shops!!! They are relentless!!! Will skip shopping next time...!! what a shame.it's hard to even think with their yelling!!!

I kind of felt the same way. Ship crowded. Pools were good on port days. Long lines for everything. Solarium was great cause it had like 5 hot tubes. A great wait staff and buffet area.

Could you get coffee in the solarium area?

My sailing was packed and I just made sure all 8 of us were up by 7 in the buffet and at the pool by 830. Even when we left during the day there was always plenty of room on the upper decks. But I don’t want to be right by the pool. I don’t mind a short 90 second walk down the stairs to the pool.
