Review summary
We ordered our staterooms (5) eleven months early. We requested early dining because of 7 children under the age of 10. We were assigned late dining and were told that early dining was full and not available.... really? We also have a special needs member of the family that the cruise line failed to pass information on to the ship so we had to deal with that as well. The ship's crew was outstanding!!! The company, not so much. We also pre-ordered diapers with the promise that they would be in the stateroom upon arrival. It took 2 1/2 days to finally obtain what we'd paid for. The company doesn't seem to communicate with the ships.Embarkation
