Would do a royal Carribean cruise again in a heartbeat!!! They do it right and would recommend harmony if the seas to all!
Embarkation
5 out of 5
Took all of 10 minutes to enter the terminal and walk on board
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Main dining room staff was very attentive. We were a party of 6 with 2 children and the were very aware of time it took for courses and getting the kids fed. Food was good - for the mass amounts they produce. Windjammer was hectic and not relaxing. Schnooner lounge was my favorite spot- to relax and have a drink.
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
Solarium area was more spacious and a great relief from the crowds by the pools- due to high winds upper deck of chairs were closed which caused more crowds on the main pool deck
Entertainment
5 out of 5
Awesome!!! Very professional and great shows. We went to All but one
Children's Programs
3 out of 5
Kids club appeared to be more like a daycare which my grandchildren are already in. Did like the broadway area, miniature golf, arcades, slides and pools- very kid friendly ship
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Dining, pool area, bars, client services- all very helpful. Language differences can sometimes be tough, but they all tried very hard to understand and accommodate your needs
Ship Quality
5 out of 5
Crew was constantly cleaning- wonderful ship
Cabin / Stateroom
5 out of 5
Size was great, best storage for cloths we have ever had on a cruise. Balcony was fabulous and well worth the addition price. Sitting on our own balcony having coffee and watching the docking and entering of different ports was great
Ship tip
Take advantage of the new program offering to take your bass off the ship- to the airport and provide your flying boarding passes. Also get the mobile passport app - would have save 30 minutes at customs
No excursions but family did one to a beach and were very didssppointed. Lots of damage from the hurricane to the islands. But the ride into the port was nice and easy and of course the volume of Jewlry stores was unbelievable
Just walked ashore- we were only in port for 5-6 hours and really not time for extra things- again they have most of the buildings in port fixed up but you could still see how much damage was done to the island from the hurricane
Great from the ship part- it was the customs area that got backed up- again get the mobile passport app to go to a quick - still not bad though as we walked off the ship at 9 am and were getting out Uber by 9:45
