Review summary

Great ship Easy process to get on and off. One last TIP check your account frequently as we had many extra charges charged to our account that were inaccurate. Even though we were able to fix moat of them we dis discover drinks from the tequila bar from the last day that we never had. On the morning of debartion we did not have the time to correct the errors from the last day and were charged for drinks we did not have.

Embarkation

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Food was good! Windjammer had a great selection on food. At peak times it was difficult to find a table. Dinner was average, our waiter Francis was amazing. Very entertaining and always had our drinks waiting on the table for us. Excellent service! As for choice of late night eating, options were extremely limited. Pizza and cold sandwiches not good. Also the frozen yogurt machines were slow to come out the entire trip, making it impossible to get frozen yogurt. That was very disappointing, epically for the kids.

Bionic Bar

4 out of 5

Very entertaining. Even the kids enjoyed going there and were able to order non alcoholic drinks.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
On board activities were good. The Fine Line show was excellent. Grease was good. Not enough nighttime entertainment. By 11:00 pm e veryrhing was done. Not.good for people wanting to stay up late.

Main Pool

1 out of 5

Impossible to get a chair. The Royal Caribbean pool chair policy said they enforce the half hour rule. But I did not see it ring enforced. Pool chairs were not easy to come across. We had a big family a d moat days we all share 1 or 2 chairs. And on cruising days the pool was extremly crowded.

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Fine Line show was excellent! Love and marriage , The Quest, Battle of the sexes all excellent. Grease was good!

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The service in the main dining room waa excellent! Our waiter was very attentive and meet all of our needs! Our room attendant Jackie was excellent!

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
The ship is huge! If you can't walk to far this is not the ship for you. It takes a good 10 minutes to walk front one e d of the ship to the other and that's at a quick pace. TIP- you can go faster from one end to the other if you walk through on one of the higher decks.. We always walked on our deck from one end to the other..

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Cabin was a good size. Nice size balcony. We had 2 adults and one teenager in our room and we all d It comfortably.

Ship tip

Get to the pool early to get a chair. Go to the shows early. Pre book all shows or you will not get in. As all shows require a ticket which is loaded to your seapass.

Ports of call

San Juan, Puerto Rico

1 out of 5
Nothing special about this port. Would not visit again

Labadee (Cruise Line Private Island)

1 out of 5
Loved Labadee had a great time. The kids loved the aquapark. TIP if you have younger children going into the aquapark make sure you pay for at least 1 adult as they will not let you go into the water to help the children unless you pay. Get to the island early to get a chair in the shade as you will be in the sun all day. You will need a place to escape the sun.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
I was worried because the ship was so big. But disembarkation was smooth. No issues no problems
