The refund policy is known before committing to the cruise and making final payment. All cruise lines are similar. There is insurance you can purchase called Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR). Suggest you consider that in the future, then you can cancel. Otherwise everything is spelled our in the contract you agree to.

Lol ... I never unhappy on vacation because I never focus the few wrongs I just relax be thankful I can go and afford to go every year. Specially on a cruise those people do more right than wrong for my opinion... and they have to be away with their family for 7 months just to make money.... I’m not saying that others don’t have the right to be unhappy I just choose to be happy specially if I’m not working 😀
