Great cruise - sad to have wedding ruined by bad customer service! Promissing to go pick up luggage from the airport and not delivering is unacceptable.
All in all the ship the service and the ports where great and I had a good time with friends and family.
I would say that Jamaica was not the best location to port and falmouth is not a convenient place to get in to Jamaica. I would avoid that if I go in the Future, sadly due to changes Jamaica became part of our trip.

This is a review of the Guest Services Personel. Granted it was not fully the faulth of RC that my luggaga was lost by the Airline company due to a delay and as a result not making on the ship. However the Airline company promissed to deliver the luggage to Jamaica in time for my Son's wedding on Haiti. All they needed was a confirmation that somebody would pick up the luggage. I talked to Guest services over several days about this and was promissed that they would handle it directly with the airline.
The day came and we docked at Jamaica, alas no luggage. Talked to the airline company who informed us they never recieved word from RC on the matter, hence my luggage stayed in Ft. Lauderdale during my entire 7 day cruise and I couldnt give my newly wed son presents, nor could I give the speach I intended since there were certain items in the luggage needed for that and lastly I didnt have appropriate clothes to wear.
This could all have been avoided if RC had delivered on their promise to coordinate with the Airline company to pick up the luggage in Jamaica. Alternatively they should have been honest and told me that they coulnt handle it and I would have been able to go toe the airport myself to pick it up.
It became RC's faulth the moment they promised to get my luggage and failed.
