Review summary

This was spectacular and we cannot wait to cruise again! We met people form all over the world and made new friends. Royal Caribbean is truly top notch!

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Embarkation was quick and so easy. We were greeted with nothing but smiling faces and welcomes.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Overall, the food was great. It is to be expected that when accomodating over 6000 people that not everything will be perfect, so really, no complaints here. Our absolute favorite was Wonderland. Quite an experience to say the least!

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
We did not participate in onboard activities but watched others do so.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The Fine Line and Grease were fantastic! Not to be missed!

Children's Programs

No children with us.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
What can I say about the staff! They are always happy, smiling and greeting everyone. Our Suite Attendant Disda was the best! He greeted us with a smile and was always willing to accomodate and please . He kept our cabin in top notch shape. My husband uses a C-Pap machine at night and needed some distilled water, we asked Disda if it was possible to obtain some from the ship and when we returned he had a gallon waiting for us! Then tere were the cute towel animals!! Something to look forward to when returning at the end of the evening! Our 2 favorite bar tenders at the Boot & Bonnet were Carmo and Errol. They remembered us by name and always made our perfect drinks.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship was huge! It never felt like we were at sea, even when things got a little choppy. From the cabins to the rest rooms, all was kept extremely clean!

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We had a Junior Suite which was perfect. It gave us plenty of room with a walk-in closet...much to our surprise! We loved to sit out on out balcony and look at the ocean first thing in the morning and last thing at night just before bed.

Ship tip

There are a lot of people, which is OK but expect the pool areas to be crowded on at sea days. Otherwise, explore it all, it's wonderful!

Ports of call

Ft. Lauderdale (Port Everglades), Florida

5 out of 5
No excursion, just settled in and waited to set sail.

Labadee (Cruise Line Private Island)

5 out of 5
Beautiful beach and cute little village.

Falmouth, Jamaica

5 out of 5
We did the Margaritaville Catamaran Excursion. Lots of fun, the most beautiful water ever!!!

Cozumel, Mexico

5 out of 5
We did the Monster Jeep Excursion to the Mayan Ruins which included an authentic Mexican lunch and a Tequila tour. We only saw one ruin but the tour guide was so informative and gave a great history lesson of Cozumel. Our driving mates were a nice couple from Italy who did not speak much English but were so, so nice.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
We opted for the Express Disembarkation which meant that we carried our own luggage but could disembark early, between 6:60 and 8:00am. In the future we would opt for having our luggage transported by the cruise line to the airport. Even though it was easy and quick, the less you have to carry, the better in my opinion!
