Review summary
This was our first time to cruise with Royal Caribbean. We chose this cruise because of the ship and because Grease was playing. It did not disappoint. Although this was the largest ship we have sailed on, we never felt too crowded. It was very organized and everything was spread out. The entertainment was okay. Grease was pretty good as well as the ice show Columbus. The aqua shows were entertaining. Unlike Carnival ships, the atmosphere here was very controlled and calm. Although there are ample opportunities to "party", the party theme was not everywhere. The fitness center is fantastic. There are 3 main dining rooms. The one on the 5 floor ( where we were initially assigned) has no view of the ocean so we moved to level 4 and loved it. We had anytime dining and that worked good for us. The food was basically the same as other cruise lines, but we did not go to any speciality restaurants. The disembarkation was the easiest we have ever done.

Ship tip
I made all of our on board entertainment reservations and dinner reservations prior to arriving. This made things much easier I also downloaded the Royal IQ app.
