Review summary

The ship itself was something to be amazed.  It had more than a person  could ask for.  But the customer service was something different.  I had four major issues while on board.  One with the people who cleaned the room, one with room service, one with the people who book shore excursions and one with maintenance.

The gentlemen who was our cabin attendant was phenomenal. The blinds in our room were broken, the USB port to charge our phones were broken, and our toliet overflowed 3 times throughout the week one time flooding the entire bathroom with dirty toliet water and taking them over an hour and a half to come fix and clean the problem.

We went in Feb and absolutely loved every second. As for the kids we had 1800 kids on board according to the behind the scenes tour. I heard the ship competes with Disney, so normal to expect kids. It was our first cruise. We are booked for a Norweigan next Feb. We wanted to try a couple different cruise lines. My guess is 2019 will be on Symphony of the seas.

We were on the Harmony this past April .The ship is beautiful and the crew was great my problem personally was so many kids. I am definitely not anti children but I have never been on a cruise with so many .most of them were well behaved but there is always a few to spoil it

I along with 13 others were on Harmony in May and enjoyed it so much we are back on her in February 2018. Guess it just depends on the person.
