Review summary

Our state room attendant James was excellent. The dining room staff and bar attendants were terrible. and if you have a drink package watch your bill as they will mess it up. I needed medical attention and it also was very good.

Windjammer was full on 2 mornings we got turned away also last day Windjammer didn't 0pen to 6 and we had to be off by 6.45 so was bit of a rush with all the people getting off at the same time

There is a real problem with pre paid gratuities. If you know you're going to get a tip, then why try? Broken system.

It's possible your drink package does not include tips. When you get a drink they put tip on your bill sounds fair.

So glad you made it back safe. Great review. Im leaving in 50 days and wanted to ask about these parties i see on youtube. Do they really have 70 and 90's themed parties? I keep hearing the Windjammer is Not the place to go at all (always crowded)..... im jist excited and reading all the reviews to better prepare myself. 1st time cruiser
