7 Night Western Mediterranean (Barcelona Roundtrip)

We loved the ship, the ports we visited, the cabin, the food & the crew. We had so many amazing attractions all week long, on-board and off, that we could have used another 1-2 days at sea to rest at the end.

Cabin / Stateroom
The cabin was surprisingly large, had plenty of closet/drawer space, as well as a very functional bathroom. Our daily cabin turn down service person was very friendly & made special decorations from towels daily. I'm glad we didn't upgrade to a balcony or virtual balcony cabin, because there on our TV we had a live view from the top of the ship, and we spent little time inside the room.

Barcelona, Spain
We came a day early and stayed an extra day after the cruise to visit this beautiful city a bit. Taking a hop-on, hop-off bus tour was definitely worthwhile.
Palma De Mallorca, Balearic Islands
Beautiful medieval town.
Marseille (Provence), France
La Spezia, Italy
The 5 beautiful seaside villages of Cinque Terre are beautiful and a must see.
Civitavecchia (Rome), Italy
Beautiful coastal town and only about 1 hour by train to Rome.
Naples, Italy
We did an excursion from the port of Naples to Pompei, Sorrento and some of the Amalfi Coast.

Make sure to get back to the ship prior to final boarding time, as our companions were a few minutes late one time and they had to take the train overnight from Civitavecchia to Naples to get back on the ship.
