Review summary

Beautiful ship overall. Its VERY similar to its sister ship, The OASIS.   So if you have sailed the later expect the same layout overall. 150 Central was by  far absolute best restaurant!  My time dining is good if you are out all day and cant get back in time for dinner.

The deck is overcrowded at the pool area with screaming kids that also use the Jacuzzi as their personal swimming pool. They should have added a pool the adults only solarium area. That would have been an excellent addition. Central park is nice. Great addition of Vinos. Cartier store should sell the "Love" bracelet since its what they are know for. Not everyone wants a watch, overkill on watch sales.

Beautiful cabin with great floor space. BUT.. the mattress was harder than rocks !! I actually work up in tears two days straight from pain in my back and ribs from sleeping on what felt like a torture device. House keeping attempted to "fix" the problem by adding an additional blanket under the sheet. FAIL! The absolute worst sleeping experience ever for 7 days. I even slept on the couch (not much better). Regardless of it being a cruise ship, for the money we pay, we should be able to rest comfortably each night. Disney cruise line mattress are like sleeping on clouds! Just saying...

Ship tip

Beautiful ship overall. Its VERY similar to its sister ship, The OASIS. So if you have sailed the later expect the same layout overall. Purchase the specialty dinning package. 150 Central was by far absolute best restaurant! Its over crowded at the pool with kids. There is no pool for adults!

Stay in Barcelona for two days if possible to see the sights pre or post cruise!

We used the ships extended beach transfer. The cost was only inclused the bus ride to the beach. Once there you paid for an umbrella and two seats. There is no where to change and there are not any bartender servers at the location. If you ventured farther down the beach you could get better amenities.

Be adventurous and book a tour outside of the cruise line! We did that and it was the absolute BEST experience. It was just four of us in a limo with a private tour guide for 7 hours. Very personal and cheaper than the chartered bus. No huge groups of 30 people all wearing headphones trying to hear the tour guide from the back of the crowd, No waiting in line for entry to the museums.
