Review summary

Crow are saico / boring ship/ bad food / bad servises/ noisy mike inside the room wake you up every morning/ stubid formal night that you waer nice with no place to spend the night..just go around and around in th ship/ crazy billing you 13 eoro per person as atip for the house keeping and another 13 E for the waiter in the restorant,,which is the didnt mention tell i ask the guest service what is that number for!!!

no iron and you cant even bring your own ! You need to pay for pressing your shirts dress ,,etc/ and it need 24 hours befor bring it back!!!so i need to plan my clothes and my children clothes ,,no chance for mistake !!!haha!!!what avication!!!!

slides are close when there is somthing in the theater whiches socks that every day i need to waste my time chiking times of opning and close of the slides and the restirant that they change evry day!!!!!

and i dont forget the stubed event of winning astubed thing for 2 hours and when this event finish and we want to go eat the main restorant were close too!!!!cleaver crow!!!!

only pizza after 10 oclock serve from an angrey tired sad waiters tht throwing the pizza in the plate ,,making you feel shy of asking !!!!!!!!

finaly you will be kiked out of the ship befor 10 oclock or they will call your name and send the securty people to sraond you and take you and your children out of the ship !!!

i was at (Norwigian epic croze line )the year befor and it was the best vacation ever,,so i desided this year to try this stubed royal caribian harmony ship!!!!!!!

Yikes. Sorry you had such a poor experience. Looks like you hit some great ports! Never been to La Spezia, never heard of the Balearic Islands - and never found Civitavecchia to be interesting enough to warrant a happy face. I agree that the "automatic gratuities" are a drag - but if the service was universally crummy you can have the tips removed from your bill. Thanks for the review.

it's amazing how people make fun of this poor guy who's trying to write in one language that's obviously not his mother language. I dare any of you try to other only speak but write correctly in any other language besides English. you guys don't even know that there's other countries besides USA. Second, the tipping problem. It's confusing, people, I have loved in Europe and southamerica, have traveled to Asia also. only in the USA I have problems with tipping. I never know when and how much to tip. It's stressful. I research before cruising of courses, and I pay the gratuities before the cruise but it's not enough, I read that people usually tip 1 dollar each drink even prepaid beverage packages. For me it's unbelievable. I'll cruise on NCL ESCAPE in June, I already paid the gratuity and beverage package with 18% included of gratuities, but I will have to pay a dollar for each drink or else I'm sure I won't have the same treatment as others. It's simply insane this kind of culture.

2 of you in the cabin and you each pay daily tip, you do not pay 2 tips daily to different working areas on the ship. You are confusing some to think they are paying $26 a day per person.

Give the poor guy a break. You can tell he's European by his euro reference. Plus in Europe, tipping is not used to pay for service. Servers are well paid and tips never looked for. Ask anyone one who waits tables in the US. They run when they think a European is coming in the restaurant as tipping is not going to happen, lol. Plus even with 4 years of French in school. I would be hard pressed to post on a French blog as well as he did.

My first cruise 2nd October reading this would put you off going this must be a one off this guy is tight tight need to give him a sub lol 5days n u need an iron take more clothes or u not got any Jesus give the boat n staff a break am gonna enjoy anyway no matter what looking forward to testing the beers n wines n food that's what it's all about roll on

Well if I were going to take a cruise or any vacation in a country where I am not familiar with their practices....you can BET I would be doing ALOT of research so I would know what to expect!! Can't be said enough in these posts...DO YOUR RESEARCH and there shouldn't be any huge surprises. But to come on here and give a terrible review for everyone to see and worry about is rediculous!

Europeans have different expectations then Americans, Tipping in Europe i not 15% like here in the states, a couple Euro for a meal is all they tip. Dining times are also later in Europe then in the States....... But they did not look in the daily paper for the hours that are posted for MDR and Buffet to be open.

Gave up reading half way through as it made no sense!!! Obviously drunk when he put this post on! Sounds like he was determined not to have a good time! As for someone who has recently got off this amazing ship I had no problems whatsoever

I am guessing he is from Europe somewhere. English not his first language. And gratuities are not practiced. People get paid for the work, not relying on tips. And lack of any kind of research.

Wow! So so so many things wrong with this post...not the least being....spell check is your friend! Security surrounded you and your children because you refused to leave the ship when it was over? Did you think they would just let you stay on? OMG lmao!
