Review summary

We enjoyed the size of our room - very comfortable. (11699)Noise from outside was ok but noise from neighboring cabins was very upsetting. Paper thin walls between cabins & floors. Wonderland restaurant was the best of all the fine dining. Long lines at guest services was a disappointment as well as the inability to solve any issues anywhere but customer service. Feels like RC undersized amenities, staff & common areas compared to the # of people on the ship. Elevators were difficult to get so we used the stairs. Spa is located near a noisy part of the ship so your massage is interrupted. We hit a bad storm with high winds & ship handled it well. Sure wish the staff was nicer & happier.

Comfortable size and location but noise level from neighboring cabins very upsetting. Not much view of water and would help if they turned the music down at night- after 12

Ship tip

Internet package difficult to get working so make sure you go to Internet troubleshooting desk the afternoon of your first day. Bring any coupons the day you use them and don't wait to the end. If you are in a hurry when leaving the ship, take your own luggage - luggage service not timely.

Even better, go at 7 am, there is no line at all

Guest services is open 24h a day! Why do people always go when everyone goes and than moan about long lines?! We been charged wrong, went to guest service before lunch or before midnight, that's when hardly anyone was there, walked passt at other times but lines were long so decided to wait and go when line was short. Most of the complaints don't need to be done straight away, Although our problems / complaints always got sorted quick. I do not understand why so many people complain about little stupid things!

We were on the same floor right by the stairs, we never ever heard any noise!!! Not from neighbours or people w as walking past and we had lots walking past as being right on the beginning. Rcl has the best sound proof rooms I've had so far!

Kind of glad we canceled our cruise on this ship. It was canceled because of a surgery I had to have and I just knew everything happened for a reason

Just off Harmony on 17th...did find same as you regarding staff, not at all their usual (sometimes overly) bubbly selves compared to previous cruise. Did not notice any noise from next door cabins...Apart from the heavy slamming doors! 😃

Disappointed to hear about paper thin walls :(

wow, surprised to hear about thin walls, we have always found RC to be the best soundproofing so far. I think in all fairness, everyone who works there is still getting used to a new ship
