Our cruise to Bermuda was wonderful. Everything and all the crew were exceptional. Our waiter Rajesha and assistant waiter Akeil were exceptional. All the game shows were hilarious. The quest was very great as always. Our stateroom attendant was excellent. Mike, the cruise director was the best. All this on the Grandeur. And I loved the flags of nations. And to honor us veterans was really an honor.

Canada/New England is a lovely itinerary. The lobster rolls and blueberry pie is not to be missed. Oh, and the clam chowder, not to be missed. Budget for lunch in town. It is well worth the expense and not to be missed. Try to find someone that serves the lobster roll hot and buttered or dipped in a lobster bisque. Sorry I don't remember the names of any restaurants. I walked until I found a place with room to accommodate me. The Sushi making class and Champagne Brunch with galley tours were wonderful, if you're inclined to pay the fee. I would suggest getting one of the dining packages and using it to cover these activities, if you're thinking about participating.

This is only my 2nd cruise, and both have been on the Grandeur of the Seas, but I am already planning my 3rd and 4th cruise on her, as well! I may not have any other cruises or ships to which i can compare, but I know excellent food when I eat it, and I know exemplary, perfect service when I receive it. Thanks to the Grandeur and her Staff, I have had 2 wonderful cruise experiences, and will look forward to future cruises!

Staff was not as friendly as past experiences except for dining and cabin services. I lost my soda mug and went to guest services. I was told to come back in the afternoon to go thru lost and found. Not acceptable because how would i know it was mine and not someone else. The whole cruise i had no soda mug.

We had a great time. Wish we could have had one more day in bermuda. The staff was very nice and helpful. The food was wonderful. Our cabin was always cleaned. Can't wait to go pn another cruise real soon.

loved everyone who took care of me. Richard and azsir at dinner at the gatsby. they were amazing. manuel was our state attendant and he was absolutely wonderful. if he was on the floor i just had to whisper his name and he popped his head out. he got us everything we needed and was very friendly

Sailed on Grandeur May 5-10, 2018. This was my first time on her. Yes she is old and showing some wear and tear however...I couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant crew and staff! Everyone was friendly, smiling and aiming to please. This was something I hadn’t seen in quite a while at this magnitude. Sailing out of Baltimore can be rough...needless to say starting late Saturday night and all day Sunday was the worse I have ever seen! We hit a storm and boy oh boy..thank God for Bonine. People were throwing up in the Windjammer..yeah not too pleasant. My friends were on this cruise and it was a first for them, needless to say they certainly got their sea legs on their first cruise. They still loved every minute of Cruising including Bermuda! And it only took me 17 years to convince them to cruise, lol. My only two negatives were and this is my personal cruise experience feelings were : the Dj , he loved Michael Jackson and so do I but wow! He never let anything play hardly longer than 17 seconds it felt like and he didn’t play for the masses. We watched him take selfies one night while doing his so called thing! He got off the ship in Baltimore with us, last cruise for him maybe. The reggae band...sorry wasn’t too great or at least they could use a new lead singer, that didn’t stop him from pushing their cd on me in the logo store. And lastly Park cafe...I didn’t expect it to be exactly like the ones on the Oasis class ships however, dry hot dogs and even dryer burgers at night weren’t too great, I would have preferred they left the salad bar open, just my opinion. All in all we had a great time, the comedians were off the chain, the CD was awesome, the RCCL orchestra...always professional, the singers and dancers...not so great. We sailed real cheap on this one , did for the points to get another glass block when we sail on Symphony this Thanksgiving, by the way the shower in the interior stateroom ...a standup coffin, lol. Sail this ship all in all we had a GREAT CRUISE!

Have a wonderful time on the Grandeur, the main dining room was excellent, food , service and the wait staff, all around it is a great ship and a fantastic 9 night cruise , doing the southeast coast and the Bahamas, it is a great value and the ship staff know their stuff

Charleston, SC is one of our favorite ports. We went out to Fort Sumpter on this trip. Port Canaveral is a place we've been to several times, so elected not to get off Miami is ok. We had a less than stellar lunch at the restaurant we decided to eat lunch at. Coco Cay still a tender port. It was cancelled due to weather. Nassau is deteriorating. Not one of our favorite ports. Grandeur of the Seas is an elegant, if older vessel. We've sailed on her 6 times. We'll be back next year on a Southern Caribbean cruise. We enjoy this ship.

Good cruise, enjoyed Disappointed that on 6 cruises to CocoCay, never been on island

Crew is wonderful which makes this older ship great to cruise on.

We were disappointed on this cruise. Due to the weather we were unable to port at Cococay, and the entertainment and music on ship was to slow. We felt like we were in a nursing home. However; the staff and food were fantastic.

This was the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation I think I have ever experienced! The whole crew was wonderful!!! From the food and our waiters to the entertainment, to the cleanliness of the stateroom and always greater with a smile! Thank you RCCL and Grandeur of The Seas Staff!!! Can’t wait for my next cruise!!! ❤️❤️🛳❤️❤️

Older boat but I loved the charm and there was plenty to do and the shows we're great. I like the size of the ship it was easy to get around I went on nine day vacation with this boat .

Our overall experience was not very good, hot food was not hot, service in the MDR was very slow and we only had a total of 4 people at our table. Ship has lots of trash laying around, furniture was old and broken/torn. The entertainment was geared toward a much older group of people. We had stained bedding in our cabin after 3 days of hoping the room attendant would change it we ended up complaining to guest services. (we did get an upgrade but that room was not much better)

Overall Great. Recommend having popcorn for movie night. While I did notice a few changes (reduced qualit) from the last time on I still live the ship and thouroughly enjoyed the cruise.

Fourth time on grandeur and booked for three more cruises on her. Ship is smaller than some ships but that makes it more personal. Staff always pleasant and professional. Cruise director Mike did an outstanding job. Totally funny and very talented. Can’t wait for next cruise on her. Food was outstanding especially the cheesecake.

We had fun up til the time we got off the ship the best of people where on this cruise and everyone was so very nice, but we had an outstanding dinner crew Stuart Bolton, Linda Bolton, Jen Harris, Marie Turner, Aldine Owens, Donna Owens the laughs never stopped. A Great Big shout out to the Crew thank you for all the hard work you put in to make the cruise a fantastic one.
