It was a cruise with friends and we had a great time. Other than the problems with the room, we enjoyed ourselves.

Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
The dining room food and service was exceptional. We didn’t do a specialty restaurant. However, the Windjamer was below average. We liked the brunch idea for the main dining room. The food and choices were good.
Onboard Activities

Entertainment
5 out of 5
High expectations for RC entertainment were met. We especially enjoyed the ventriloquist. The RC orchestra was spectacular.
Children's Programs
No kids
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Our cabin steward, Rodney Brown, was exceptional as well as our dinner waiter, David in the main dining room. His assistant, Ignacious, was good too. The main dining room supervisor would check in with our group of 7 to make sure our meals were to our expectations.
Ship Quality
3 out of 5
Our room location was disappointing. The kitchen was above us and we could hear rolling of the carts. A smell of cigarettes came in through the vents. The ship is scheduled for internal overhaul for 30 days. The common areas were clean and as well-maintained as possible other than looking worn.
Cabin / Stateroom
3 out of 5
This would a 4 star except for the noise that started at 4:30 am and through late in the evening and the smoke smell mentioned before. We did hear any people talking or noise otherwise. Our cabin steward was excellent. He provided excellent service.
Ship tip
If you are on level 3, make sure your room is not under the main dining room.
We love this port. There are many things we can do on our own. We have been here many times. We have gone to both forts, done shopping, eaten at a local restaurant and my husband has done a rum tour with friends.
Friendly people, nice little town. We didn’t do an excursion with our friends because we had done the same excursion last year on another cruise to Antigua.
We walked to town. We didn’t do an excursion because the ones our friends booked had sold out. It was a nice little walk. I would suggest going on an excursion.
We did the St Kitts Scenic Railroad which was lots of fun. We were here last year and my husband did the stingray encounter and I did a scenic tour. We like St Kitts.
