Review summary

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The ship is old and possibly beyond repair. Our toilet did not flush, and our sink did not drain. We enjoyed the Park Cafe for breakfast and lunch, and we also enjoyed brunch in the Main Dining Room. We love Royal Caribbean, but we would not recommend Grandeur of the Seas.

Ship Quality

This is an old ship, so many of the furnishings are showing their age. We liked the design and the flow of the ship and we enjoyed being able to take the stairs almost everywhere.

Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was very spacious, but the toilet did not flush, and the sink did not drain. Although we paid ore for a "panoramic view window", it was so dirty, from Day 1 in Miami, that it was hard to see out. Guest Services told me that it is very difficult to wash those windows.

Ship tip

Choose a Balcony cabin instead of a Panoramic View cabin.
