This cruse ship is small and old. That being said the staff was amazing when it came to the room, restaurants, bars and cafes. The room attended was much better than the one we had on the harmony. Our disappointment came mainly with port staff and shore excursion staff. Lastly the ship rocks a lot as it does not have the stabilizers like newer ships. We made out well on deck 4 but there were lots of people with motion sickness patches on.

Our cabin attendant Igede and waiters Snil and Rishabh were
Phenomenal. Also the Starbucks baristas were phenomenal as well. We don’t drink alcohol but the bar tenders made great virgin drinks for us. Had room service one time and it was great for breakfast.

Small but it works. The shower curtain was strange as we are used to the enclosures on larger ships. Felt like you were constantly pushing the curtain away to bathe

Don’t get the internet. You have to be in rear of deck 6 to use. It is a waste of money
We did the excursion interacting with the monkeys. It was a fun experience. The coffee tasting afterwards was nice. They sold coffee, sugar, cocoa and rum after. The prices were approx $4 to $10 higher than in the shops near port so make sure to check before spending. Royal caribbeans staff was disorganized and gave conflicting directions on the excursion and to be completely honest we’re just rude to guests asking questions. Once RCCL staff was out of the way it went well.
Again RCCL staff was terrible here. Interesting to me since the entire ship staff is courteous and friendly. For some reason the excursion staff appears to be exempt from how they treat the guests. The ATV tour was fantastic. The employees of the Tour company and the atv excursion company were friendly and fun. We rode around for over an hour. Everyone on our group was very pleased by the experience. The bus ride was nice and the bus was clean.
Port was fine but the shore excursion was a ripoff. Avoid the Copacabana Beach Resort | Dominica. For $75 we basically got 2.5 hours of beach time. The umbrellas and lounge chairs were in poor condition. We waited for 30 min on the bus for one other guest and also had to corral into a small room for 15 min to be told about the “resort”. It was lacking. $35 would be a value this property should have charged.
Disembarkation. Went well. $16 per person for shuttle from rccl port to Miami was a poor decision. Go with Uber. It would have been $5 less and we would have wasted much less time sitting on a bus while they made sure every seat was full before leaving.
Can you tell me the evening dress code. I know 2nd night is elegant night.
