Overall it was great! We asked for another room that was accessible and not a one. We asked for another room because of the flushing issue and no room. Other than that it was great! We already booked ICON! AND going on to book in 2023!

Absolutely fantastic. Especially OUR WAITERS ANJO AND CHRISTIAN. THEIR BOSSES JOSIP AND GABRIEL. IN CHOPS WAS AUSTIN AND JUMA ALL WERE THE BEST!

Other than dining..lol. we took the excursions ourselves and walked the cities. However we were disappointed that the fragrance excursions were canceled. Really wanted to do this.

Our room steward Maloif was superb very hard working man. Our waiters Anjo and Christian were the best. Austin from Chops was outstanding. Lead Josip Gabriel and Juma were very good . Conchita was excellent above and beyond. Cindy and lily were very helpful.

Sorry can't give you a 5 star here. Cleanliness 💯! Size not so..comfort not so..the first 4 days we were using the public restrooms to go to the bathroom. Because of having flushing issues and your Maintenance people were not there quick enough. Plus our daughter had to use a bunk bed that was dangerous for her to climb up onto. Infact it should be a 3 ...so sorry..I asked for a new room but none available. Which I find surprised.
