Overall, it was a nice cruise with a few hiccups. The crew was great, but the ship was showing its age.

Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
The main dining room was great. We had amazing wait staff. The Windjammer buffet has a poor layout due to the size of the ship. At times it felt like everyone on the ship was in the buffet.
Windjammer Marketplace
2 out of 5
The layout of the Windjammer was very poor with most of the food in the center area and very limited seating. It felt very cramped during busy times.
Onboard Activities
3 out of 5
The adults only pools were nice
Entertainment
4 out of 5
We wat ched the comedy show both nights. loved it. We watched the Broadway show, it was ok
Palladium Theater
3 out of 5
The seating in the theater could have a better angle. The seating was basically all the same level, unless in the balcony, so it made it a bit difficult to see the full stage
Children's Programs
4 out of 5
Our granddaughter, that is 14 loved the teen activities and made several friends while attending teen activities.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Our room steward Leo was awesome, He always took care of anything we needed, We went to the main dining room for dinner each night and our waiters Freddie and Marvin provided excellent service.
Ship Quality
3 out of 5
The layout of the buffet was horrible. I know that the size and age of the ship has alot to do with this.
Cabin / Stateroom
3 out of 5
Our cabin was okay. A bit small. The balcony was a bit small, but ok. The cabin was showing its age.
Ship tip
The ship is small and old, so don't expect a whole lot of glitz and glamour on the ship.
They could have given more direction such as more signs letting us know what deck we were supposed to leave from and when we were inside the cruise terminal there was not enough signs telling people where they need to go after picking up luggage and how to catch the shuttle to the parking lot
Thank you for taking the time to share your cruise with us. Glad you had a good time. Looking forward to cruising on the Grandeur in February from Miami.
