Review summary

I have been on 25 cruise my 4th on Rcl we went a day early and stayed at the Best Western Oddonnell at park and cruise with breakfast always a good deal and very organized with the shuttle service Boarding was a breeze there was 2 inches of ice on the pool deck temp around 18 outside still made us go outside for the safety drill no coats no notice We did the my time dinning very nice around same time each night Food was the worst we have had they just keep getting cheaper each year quality and choice even checked out the windjammer one night really poor The night shows were ok but the other things on ship were either in bad locations or the wrong time never saw a carribean band on pool deck when the weather was good The tender system to coco cay was poorly run and we spent over 1 hour on tender in rough seas on the way back because of bad weather Key west got cut short the don't tell you you have to go through customs and then take a shuttle into town lost 2 hrs for that process The help was very friendly and nice ship was very clean need to move early coffee area away from smoking and need to do something about the ice cream area had 450 kids on board sticking there fingers and hands all over the machine my wife and I booth got sick with the same symptoms 2 days after being on the ship kinda funny We tried the self assist when getting off the ship that was a nightmare people all jammed in the hallways with luggage could not even get off the elevator maybe they should do that bye floors also all in all a bad day at sea is still better then a good day at work we will try the Carmival Pride next year

Try to book a cruise that goes to key west before out of the country that way you don't have to go through the custome stuff

I was on this same cruise. We had a fantastic time and did not think the food was below par at all. The muster drill was announced well in advance and common sense would tell you to bring your coat. I have never been on a cruise where the drill wasn't held outside, no matter the weather.

Why would you have to go through Customs in Key West? I never had to. The ship left from a U.S. port...Key West is also a U.S. Port!!!

If you have been so many cruises, it should not be a surprise for the lifeboat drill just prior to departure. You had ample time to put on your coats.
