This is our 19th cruise, 15 of which have been with Royal Caribbean or Celebrity.  The crew on this ship was excellent, even better than other cruises.  The service in the dining room was exceptional.  Each evening we were greeted by name (and our waiter knew our cabin number as well) and seated with the same waitstaff each evening (this was My Time).  We asked only once for something (like ice in our stateroom) and each evening it was brought in.  So nice not to have to ask for anything at all.  The trip was most enjoyable.

Cabin / Stateroom
We don't wish to have the "mini-bar" items in the room. Perhaps asking before placing on our vanity (very limited space) would be better than later hiding them. We loved our cabin attendant. He was very pleasant and attentive to our every wish.

The Grandeur is a lovely ship, but is beginning to show her age. My husband and I both love the Diamond club area. Our concierge was excellent. Again, each evening we were greeted like we were old friends. We love My Time Dining. Our waitstaff was wonderful.
