Review summary
We have sailed on RCC countless times over the past 25 years. We used to brag to our friends about the vast difference between your company and your competitors. Sadly, that difference no longer exists. Each cruise you give us a little bit less so we have decided to book our next cruise with one of your competitors.

Ship tip
Windjammer service was non existent. Tables weren't cleaned as patrons were leaving. No one offered us coffee or water. It was difficult to find an empty table, and when you found one , you had to clean it yourself. Mandatory tipping is lowering the quality of service.
