Review summary
I used to be a travel agent for many years and I can testify of the quality of the product and service
that Royal Caribbean offers. They are so well prepared, that even in the event of any unexpected situation they make sure that nothing jeopardize your special time on board. In our case the weather conditions didn't allow the boat to anchor at Cococay. It was disappointing but they know how to make for it in a way that nobody even care much about it. Their staff is SO WELL! prepared to make sure people are pleased, happy and keep the fun constant every where you are. The daily schedule of activities is provided with a day in advance, there is just so much that you can do on board every day that if you have to follow it closely and make your own otherwise there is not way of covering everything. They offer such a personalized service and attention that it is just amazing. Me and my husband are pleased that we preferred this option for our wedding anniversary. We will certainly choose Royal Caribbean again.
