This was our first ever cruise...it was our 34th Anniversary and both of us couldn't have celebrated any better way than taking this cruise. We didn't really know what to expect while on the ship...the crew personnel made it really nice...great shows...great food...and great ports of call at a great price.. We can't wait to go again.

All waiters were outstanding and with a smile. Our Room Steward ( Venalyn Catipan ) made our cruise...she was like the icing on the cake and we are hoping in some way she can be commended for her great work ethics and attention to detail..always great with a smile and gave a great feeling to the start of our day...everyday..she was outstanding. !!

Go see the the on-stage shows...and kick back with a movie under the stars..fun & relaxing.
On a budget. ..we did the Duck Boat city / harbor excursion...ended up being Alot of FUN...and at the same time learned alot about Ketchacan. ..the port and surrounding area were picture perfect. !
Port was perfect. We did the Tram excursion ...the ride up and down was great...really good for photo taking...there was so much to do once you arrived at the top...great gift shops and coffee shop...live totem pole carving and lots of hiking if you want to..not difficult at all. Juneau was also picture perfect.
Skagway was great...took the White Pass train for the 2 1/2 hour ride...you need to do this..this narrated excursion will give you some great gold rush history and awesome picture taking from the train ..next time we'll do the 4 1/2 hour trip...great time and well worth the money.
At Port at 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m....perfect amount of walking time to see some nice points of interest...we saw enough to know we want to see more of Victoria and surrounding areas on another trip...really nice time.
No issues... they gave us plenty of time to read simple instructions and prep the day before...no issues...before we knew it we where in the car driving home....hmmm..bummer..!
You should get a survey from the cruise...that is where you can commend your steward...this will reward her greatly in getting her another contract, moving up and more pay possibly...for next time there are also little cards at front desk area to rave about employees but survey is best way
