Review summary

If it hadn't been for the International Cafe, we would have starved. Food in the dining room and buffet was terrible. What made it memorable was sharing a cruise with my two granddaughters.

5 out of 5
Missed the crowds because we arrived very late to check in.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
On the whole, the food was terrible; drinks were decent; even specialty restaurant (Sabatini) food was average.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Same ol, same ol. Wish they could invent more entertaining activities.

4 out of 5
Productions were short except for last one. One terrible comedian; one good. Best singer Bryan Cheatham.

Children's Programs

My "kids" are 20 and 22.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Best service ever.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
She's a "senior" ship; showing her age but easy to navigate.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Just enough room for the 3 of us. Didn't spend that much time there.

Ship tip

Don't take a bathing suit on an Alaska cruise, unless you love the cold.

Saw the totems; went to Walmart for free wifi.

Victoria, British Columbia

4 out of 5
Pretty town but not enough time to see it all. Did a city tour.

They didn't make any announcements as to when we could debark! Very unusual. But it went smoothly.
