Review summary

Overall disappointed with the ship. Exterior shows lots of rust and interior is tired and needs updating. Most of the cruise staff are just OK. Best staff members were at the Crooners bar.

Goes to Drydock in March for sprucing up!

Rust...on a ship? Of course there was rust. There is constant work on the exterior, it's a must on any ship. As for the interior, well, that also gets regular sprucing up (on one of our cruises they had a crew onboard replacing the carpet on passageways and stairs during the overnight hours) . But, let's face it, the ship is under constant abuse. I've always had great experiences with the staff, and yes, Crooners is awesome

Crooners was our favorite place too. Didn’t notice excessive rust and loved our accommodations

Crooners is our favorite bar. We were on the Grand in May and we saw no rust!
