Crown Grill experience was excellent and worth the extra money. Our servers in the Botticelli dining room were pleasant and friendly. We sat at Mario's table during open seating. We enjoyed his humor and wit. One of my favorite dishes was the spaghetti and meatballs on Italian night - so good! Buffets are always fun. I loved the bagel bar, ramen bar, and the mashed potatoes & gravy with the featured meat. Kudos to the ice cream servers for serving with such patience.

Onboard Activities

I appreciate the improvement in the onboard activities. I LOVED the Zumba class - I miss Theo and the 9 a.m. class! He did a great job. I also enjoyed the wellness classes, arts & crafts, and just lounging on the deck with a good book. I liked that there were photography classes, though I wasn't able to attend. And I appreciated the kids activities they had around the atrium.

The absolute best show was "The Voice," second would be comedy then musical performances.

Service and Staff

We LOVED our servers in the Botticelli room, though I can't remember their names. Sorry. Mario and his helper was excellent - he was our server during open seating. Thank you to all the staff and room stewards who fixed my bed, changed out my towels and picked up my used dishes. BIG THUMBS UP for a job well done.

Comfort & size met my expectations. Cleanliness was good. I appreciate all the room stewards that serviced our rooms.

Ship tip

Upon your return to SF, go out on the 15th floor at 5:30 a.m. to see the Golden Gate Bridge and the city. It's absolutely beautiful and a great way to top your vacation.
