cruising is not for everyone, I agree, but this person seemed to be dissatisfied with every aspect of the ship AND all of the ports.

Are you basing the entire cruise on SF? How was the rest of it?

I live across the bay from San Francisco and the reason I won’t sail out of the city is it’s cheaper (airfare included) for me to fly down south to San Pedro Cruise terminal and sail out of there instead. Crazy! As far as what you say about wasted time and nothing to see, I definitely don’t agree with that. Down the street is the Pier 39 area, Ghirardelli Square, a WW2 submarine that’s open to the public, a maritime museum, and plenty of other interesting places.
