Great trip! First time West Coast, usually a Caribbean Cruiser, will make it a point to sale again out of San Fran.

Good. Did not take long and it was very well organized. The Port building is clean.
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Main Dinning Room experience was a real Joy! I been on 20 cruises on five different lines and this was the Best service that I ever experienced. The wait staff, Almira Alboladora and Komang Budjarsana were both professional , friendly, and efficient. We had a four top table for late dinner and enjoyed every minute. (Recommend a steak be added to daily menu.)
Nightclub
5 out of 5
Excellent. The DJ was very open to our music requests,
We asked for at least 4 line dances every night between 11 and 1am. Met a large number of people who just wanted to dance and have a wonderful time.
Onboard Activities
4 out of 5
Activities were readily available.
Enjoyed Steam and Sauna every day. ( Separate facilities for men and women)
The negative was the outdoor shower. Inside locker room had no shower facility. Many guests complained about this situation.
Entertainment
4 out of 5
Production shows were very good and well attended. The Visa lounge should not be used for Production Shows. (Stage is not appropriate and seating is limited. Rock and Roll Show)
Service and Staff

Used Room Service often. Always on time and the food was warm, fresh and the portion size were correct.
Ship Quality

The ship was clean at all times. You could tell this was a high priority.
Cabin / Stateroom

Always clean! Towels, ice and sweets were available every day. No complaints. TV had MSNBC, Fox, and CNN plus two sport channel and movies.
Ship tip
Walkers ...go to deck 7....Three times around this deck is a mile. Great views and very few passengers.
Glad to hear your Princess experience was great. We're loyal Princess cruisers. We have 19 under our belts, 17 of which have been on Princess! We agree all the staff we have encountered have been great and as far as cleanliness goes they are always cleaning and painting and working on the ships appearance. In May we will be taking our second cruise on the Grand out of San Francisco for the first time. Going to take a cab from the hotel to the port(about 2.5 miles). Taking any suggestions, if there is a better choice for transportation.
