Review summary

This cruise was enjoyable until we had a bad experience with the clothing boutique. Small things can sure spoil a trip. Most of the staff were wonderful. Prices of products onboard are very high. It is very poor policy not to stand behind their products.

Most of the staff were excellent. We had a bad experience in the clothing boutique when my we tried to exchange a faulty hoodie sweatshirt my wife purchased two days before. They refused to do anything since my wife had "worn" it even though the product had an obvious fault.

We had an incredibly bad experience with EFFY...I still love the ship and will only shop in the souvenir side ...we only approach the high end side when going to the restroom...

Yes I agree with you, they are high on their prices you have to watch with you bye. Also they do have some signs up there stating what they will return or exchange you have to be careful! Only buy what you need.🛳👍🏼❤️
