Review summary

Poor service, good dinners but terrible food otherwise, nice stateroom except for the mold in our shower, A/C never worked either. Not impressed. We will not be booking any future cruises on Princess Cruises after this one.

I had a bad cruise on the Grand. This will not stop me from cruising on princess because all my other cruises were great. Don’t give up, try another ship.
